When You Can Request an Exchange or Return

You may request an exchange or return within 7 days of delivery in the following cases:

• Defective, damaged, or incorrect items received
• Items that are non-functional or have significant manufacturing defects upon arrival
• Lost or untraceable shipments where delivery has not been completed (Please contact us within 7 days from the delivery completion date based on the tracking information)

 

When Refunds or Exchanges Are Not Accepted

We cannot process refunds or exchanges in the following cases:

• Refusal to pay customs duties or taxes, or refusal to receive the package, resulting in return or destruction of the shipment (especially for EMS Premium / UPS orders where return costs are unrecoverable)
• Packages returned without prior contact and approval from our team
• Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or improper storage
• Products that have been used, washed, worn, altered, or repackaged
• Opened digital content or downloadable files
• Final sale items, personalized or made-to-order products
• Perishable goods (e.g., snacks) or items with tampered seals
• Requests made more than 7 days after the delivery completion date (unless a clear quality issue is verified)

 

Return Condition

• Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and sent back in the original packaging. 
• Proof of purchase is required.

Shipping Fees for Returns & Exchanges

• If the return or exchange is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
• If the return or exchange is due to customer preference (e.g., change of mind, size, or color), the customer is responsible for all shipping costs, including international return shipping and any customs-related fees.

 

Refund Method

Cash refunds are not generally offered.

• Most approved cases will be resolved through:

1. 1. A replacement item, or
   2. Store credit

• Refunds may be issued only in exceptional cases, such as confirmed shipping errors or item unavailability.

교환·환불 신청이 가능한 경우

상품 수령일로부터 7일 이내에 아래 사유에 해당하는 경우 교환 또는 환불을 신청하실 수 있습니다.

• 수령한 상품이 불량, 파손, 오배송인 경우
• 상품이 도착 시 정상적으로 작동하지 않거나 중대한 제조 결함이 확인된 경우
• 배송 조회상 배송이 완료되지 않거나 분실로 확인되는 경우
  (운송장 기준 배송완료일로부터 7일 이내 문의 바랍니다)

 

 

교환·환불이 불가능한 경우

다음의 경우에는 교환 또는 환불이 불가합니다.

• 관세 또는 세금 미납, 수취 거부로 인해 반송되거나 폐기된 경우
  (특히 EMS Premium / UPS 배송의 경우 반송 비용 회수가 불가능할 수 있습니다)
• 사전 문의 및 승인 없이 임의로 반송된 상품
• 소비자의 부주의, 오사용, 보관 부적절로 인한 손상
• 사용, 세탁, 착용, 훼손, 재포장된 상품
• 개봉된 디지털 콘텐츠 또는 다운로드 상품
• 주문 제작 상품, 개인 맞춤형 상품, 최종 판매 상품
• 식품 등 부패 우려가 있는 상품 또는 봉인이 훼손된 상품
• 배송완료일 기준 7일이 경과한 요청 (단, 명확한 품질 문제가 입증되는 경우는 예외)

 

반품 상품 상태

• 반품 상품은 미사용 상태여야 하며, 수령 시와 동일한 포장 상태로 반송되어야 합니다.
• 구매 증빙 자료 제출이 필요합니다.

• 상품 불량, 파손, 오배송 등 당사 책임 사유의 경우 반품 배송비는 당사가 부담합니다.
• 단순 변심, 옵션 변경(색상·사이즈 등) 등 고객 사유의 경우 모든 반품 배송비 및 관련 국제 운송비·관세·세금은 고객 부담입니다.

 

환불 방식

현금 환불은 원칙적으로 제공되지 않습니다.

• 대부분의 승인된 사례는 아래 방식으로 처리됩니다.
