• All products sold on kimmddong.com are operated on a drop-based pre-order model, similar to crowdfunding.
• Digital content is excluded from this drop. 
• The posted details and schedule may change depending on circumstances. Any updates will be shared via email or on Instagram.
• In certain countries where we do not have an EMS shipping contract, orders can only be placed using EMS Premium (UPS) Shipping. When ordering with EMS Premium (UPS) Shipping, UPS may charge the recipient additional fees related to customs clearance, including duties and handling charges. As these extra charges vary depending on the country and timing, we kindly ask for your understanding that we cannot provide exact details in advance on kimmddong.com.
• Please note that in some cases, the total amount of customs duties and UPS clearance fees can be higher than the product price itself. This is a condition of international shipping beyond our control, and the recipient is fully responsible for such costs.
• For shipments to the United States, due to customs agreements, only EMS Premium (UPS) Shipping will be available starting from August 29, 2025.

• Pre-Order Period:  September 15 to September 18, 2025
• Production & Material Preparation: September 22 to October 2, 2025
• Inspection & Packaging: October 13 to October 24, 2025
• Export Declaration & Final Preparation: October 27 to Nobember 7, 2025
• Shipping Intake & Order Fulfillment: Nobember 10 to Nobember 21, 2025
• Estimated Delivery Period: Nobember 24 to December 5, 2025

Pre-order Refund Policy

• 100% refund available if canceled before the pre-order period ends (September 18, 2025)
  
• No refunds after processing has started (September 19, 2025 onwards)
• In case of early stock sellout before the official pre-order end date, if we determine that further shipment delay is unnecessary, we may begin the packing and shipping process early. Once this decision is made, we will notify all buyers via email that the standard refund policy is no longer applicable due to the expedited fulfillment process. From that point forward, no cancellations or refunds will be accepted.
